Application of a law Cigarettes?

Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2005 regulating smoking prohibited area has not fully come to fruition. Various obstacles, mainly related to the implementation of sanctions against perpetrators, still a major difficulty in the field.

The law does set the legal sanctions against violators of sanctions in the form of confinement of six months and a maximum fine of sanction of Rp 50 million. According to Sapkota, if the bacteria can survive the smoking process, and thought they would be able, most likely the bacteria will cause infections and chronic diseases in smokers and passive smokers.

Although the implications of these bacteria to human health remains unclear, but researchers plan to continue their research to understand the relation with diseases caused by smoking. The big question that remains to be answered is whether bacteria were able to survive in the process of burning cigarettes and then into the lungs of smokers and stay there.
